4. Purchasing and Payment

By placing an order you confirm that:

We accept payment via PayPal, credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Buy Me a Coffee, and bank transfer / Wise (by prior arrangement for orders over €40). All transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.

5. Digital Product Delivery

After successful payment, a download link will be emailed to the address you provided within minutes. If you do not receive it within 30 minutes, check your spam folder and then contact us at support@yourdomain.com.

Download links expire after 7 days. You may request a new link at any time by contacting support. We recommend saving your download to a secure location immediately.

6. Service Delivery

For development services, we will contact you within 24 hours of payment to confirm the scope of work. Delivery timescales stated on the product page are estimates and begin once the scope has been agreed and any required access or materials have been provided by the client.

Services include one free revision unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions are billed separately at an agreed rate.

7. Licence for Digital Products

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-use commercial licence to use the product for one project (personal or for one client).

This licence permits you to:

• Use the product in one website, application, or project.
• Modify the source code to suit your needs.
• Use the resulting work commercially.

This licence does not permit you to:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicence the original files.
• Share the product with others who have not purchased it.
• Use the product in more than one project without purchasing an additional licence.
• Use the product in a way that competes with or replaces ValinoeDev's own offerings.

For multi-project or team licences, contact us for a custom arrangement.

8. Refunds and Returns

Please refer to our dedicated Refund Policy for full details. In summary:

• Digital products: 14-day full refund, no questions asked.
• Services: Full refund if requested before work begins. No refund once work has been delivered.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or products to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe intellectual property rights of any party.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or servers.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or data-mine our website without permission.
• Create products derived from our templates that are then sold as templates themselves.

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, code, logos, and product files — is owned by ValinoeDev or licensed to us and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a product grants the licence described in Section 7. It does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our products will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that our website will be available at all times without interruption.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ValinoeDev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business — arising from your use of our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
