We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email us within 14 days and we'll refund you in full — no lengthy forms, no interrogation.
At ValinoeDev, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because digital products cannot be "returned" in a traditional sense, we offer a time-limited refund window based on trust. We believe that if a product isn't right for you, you deserve your money back.
You are eligible for a full refund if:
Eligible products include all downloadable templates, boilerplates, UI kits, and libraries.
Service refunds depend on the stage of work:
"Work begins" is defined as the moment we start writing code, not the moment payment is received. We will notify you when work has started.
Requesting a refund is straightforward:
Refunds are returned to the original payment method:
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank or PayPal. In most cases, we can resolve the issue quickly and to your satisfaction.
If you file a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to provide evidence to the payment processor and to suspend your access to future purchases.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may be entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) of 14 days from the date of purchase of a digital product, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
By completing the purchase and explicitly requesting immediate digital delivery (download link), you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be waived upon download. However, as a matter of goodwill, we honour a full 14-day refund window regardless.
